One of the challenges in the current market for the Twin Cities Realtor’s associations has been spotting trends in terms of trends with lender-involved properties, vs. those being sold by a traditional seller. Until recently, it was impossible to discern what percentage of properties on the market involved lender-owned properties or short sales.

Going Green is important in today’s Earth-focused world. It helps save the environment and encourages new products and innovation to occur. Elkhart County and Amish Country is not going to be left behind in this trend. We already have a leg up on many other states; a large portion of our population uses horses to get around!
Man murdered on Greyhound bus

Wednesday night 36 passengers on a Greyhound bus were traveling peacefully from Edmonton, Alberta to Winnipeg, Manitoba. No one on the bus were prepared for the horror they were about to witness. Passengers that witnessed the murder said that the two men were sitting in the back of the bus and the victim appeared to either be sleeping or listening to music through his headphones. Minnesota: Obama’s Lead Dwindles To Four Points From 12

Most of Barack Obama’s 12-point lead over John McCain has disappeared in Minnesota. He is now ahead of McCain by only 4% -- 46% to 42%, according to the Rasmussen survey of Minnesota voters. This reflects the same downward trend for Obama observed in CO, VA and NV. Last month Obama had a 49% to 37% lead on McCain & in June he was ahead 52% - 39%.
